Because of his international cooking background and his Latin heritage, Jason developed a very personal and unique style that shows through his gastronomic creations. Perhaps you could find yourself sampling a Peruvian-Vietnamese-Louisiana influenced recipe one of these days all in the same dish!

Through the years his menus have been focused on the idea of simple, healthy and incredible looking food presentation. His first cooking experiences started when he was just 13 years old and his official career started when he was 15! He brings to us 15 years of culinary experience.
